Postage
When sending the iPod in for service, I recommend you use a postage service with tracking or delivery confirmation such as Special Delivery, which is £4.75. Make sure your name is on the return address or listed somewhere on the package! Please adequately pack your iPod in sturdy packaging such as a box rather than an envelope! Be sure to put the iPods hold switch in the hold position. This prevents your iPod from turning on and being damaged in the post.
