We must receive your return within 14 days of issuing your RMA number. Returns received after this period may be refused and returned to you at the owners expense, with no credit issued. No return or exchange will be accepted without an RMA number. (Returned Merchandise Authorisation)

Damaged Items
Cracked components or damage. Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse.
Loose, damaged or removed screws, or any other signs that the item has been disassembled.

Substitutes
Complete units and internal parts. We specifically watch for attempts at substitution. Please note that all serial and part numbers are kept on file.

Abandoned iPods
iPodbar will make several attempts to contact you with a repair quote. If we do not receive any contact from you for 30 days, your iPod will be considered abandoned.
