Upon receipt of your iPod, we allow 48 hours for you to inspect your iPod and notify us of any new problem that you may have. Any problem assosciated with the specific repair that was performed by us will be covered for a full 30 days.

All of our repair services come with a 30 day warranty on parts and labour. We will warrant against defects in parts or our workmanship for 30 days. Accidental or external damages will void all warranty claims. Postage costs for all returns to us are taken care of by the customer (both ways if your iPod is outside of warranty). No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. (Returned Merchandise Authorisation)

If you are experiencing further problems with your iPod after our repairs you may have problems related to settings or corrupt files. We are always more than happy to provide additional support, including taking a second look at your iPod.

If the problem is found to be user related, then there will be a service fee of £14.95 to cover our expenses. We do not issue refunds for repair services.

All part and serial numbers are recorded to avoid fraudulent warranty claims.
