Once we receive your iPod, we will quickly diagnose the ipod and send you an email explaining the problem and how much it will cost to fix. If you approve the quote, we will then send you an invoice for the repair. If you decide not to have it fixed, then there is no fee, just the return postage.

Most of the time the problem is software related, which means that the only cost would be £14.95 plus postage.

We will let you know what is wrong and what the cost of repairs will be before we carry out any work.

How It Works

• Fill in the form
• Send us your iPod by Special Delivery
• A full 16 - point diagnostic test will be performed, including:

• Scroll Wheel
• Audio (headphone)
• Hard Drive
• Battery
• Plus much more!

• An email with the diagnosis and repair cost (if any) will be sent
• You approve or deny any repair
• Technician will repair your ipod
• Your ipod will be delivered back to you via special delivery
